THE USE OF MORAL-PSYCHOLOGICAL APPROACH TO THE PROBLEM OF DEVELOPMENT OF THE PROFESSIONAL RELIABILITY OF PERSONALITY

Abstract:

The paper considers the problem of development of the professional reliability of the internal Affairs bodies. Distinguished ideological and axiological and conceptual determinants of the development of personnel reliability in the process of psychological provision of the official activity. Service of psychological maintenance of operational service activity of bodies and divisions of internal affairs of Ukraine is an integral part of the units performing work on personnel maintenance of the system of the ministry of internal affairs of Ukraine. It should be noted that a large amount of tasks that stand before the service of psychological maintenance can be effectively implemented with the help of the system of use of modern of psychological training methods. With the account of the results of experimental work was created by the program of development of the professional reliability of the workers of the patrol-sentry militia service (PSMS). For realization of the program of development of the professional reliability of employees of the esap in the process of adaptation, we have developed the program of professional psychological training (PPТ). PPТ provides an opportunity of the organization mode of professional self-development and self-perfection of a person as a continuous process. This training consists of a system of actions and exercises that provide effective formation, development and correction of the components of professional reliability of the specialist: value-semantic, motivational, cognitive, emotional-strong-willed, and behavioral. In the process of formation of the professional reliability of employees of the PSMS used the following major methods of professional psychological training: training of cognitive qualities, communicative training; the role-based training. Methods of professional psychological training can effectively develop and necessary for the workers of the PSMS the qualities, skills and abilities. Psychological support of professional reliability of the workers of the PSMS allows to solve the following task: search of quantitative criteria of selection of profession psychological and placement of personnel; the decision of problems of psychology of professional theatre, personality development, in different age periods; optimization of methods for identifying, measuring and forecasting the development of professionally important personal qualities of employees, the assessment of the reliability of these methods; development of methods for correction of personal data of the person; the implementation of the monitoring of the dynamics of professionally important personal qualities of employees during the whole career; improvement of the organizational management; optimization of solution of socio-psychological problems of the collectives of workers of the PSMS.
